Salon Policies

Booking & Deposit

  • To make sure your time is fully reserved and prepared just for you, we require a small commitment at booking:

    • In-Salon: $25 booking fee (non-refundable), applied to your final balance at checkout.

    • On-Location/Bridal: 20% retainer due with a signed agreement and timeline. This secures your date and artist team and is applied to your final invoice.

    • Card on file: Required to hold your reservation. It’s stored securely and only charged at checkout or according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We value your time and prepare for every visit in advance. If your plans change, here’s how to avoid fees:

    • 24+ hours’ notice: Cancel or reschedule at no charge.

    • Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% fee of the scheduled service(s).

Tardy Policy

Running late? We offer a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, we’ll do our best to shorten the service to fit the remaining time. If that isn’t possible, we’ll reschedule your appointment. If you’re delayed, please text us so we can plan for you.

Consultations

To make sure you get the results you want, we begin with a consultation for all new clients—and for color, extensions, or corrective work. We’ll review your goals, hair history, and budget, then provide an estimate. Final pricing is based on the time, products, and techniques we agree on together.

On-Location / Bridal Terms

Travel
We come to you. Travel is calculated by distance from our studio (mileage/zone). Any venue fees—tolls, parking, or valet—are added at cost. We’ll include a transparent travel quote in your proposal.

Early Start / After-Hours
If your call time is before 7:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, an additional scheduling fee may apply. This helps us staff your team and keep your morning stress-free. You’ll see this upfront in your quote.

Booking Minimums
To reserve your wedding date, we require a service minimum (for example, bride + a set number of party services or a minimum service value). This ensures we can dedicate a full team to you. Current minimums are listed in our bridal menu.

Timeline & Contract
Your date is secured once we receive your signed agreement, retainer, and an approved beauty timeline. We’ll help build the timeline to align with your photographer and coordinator so everything runs on time.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We’ll send friendly reminders and a secure payment link so check-in on the day is seamless.

If your location, call time, or party size changes, we’re happy to update your quote and timeline accordingly.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards (cashless preferred).

Retainers are non-refundable and applied to the final balance.

Prices are subject to change based on hair length, density, and technique.

Service Guarantee & Adjustments

  • Our Promise & Adjustments
    Your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your visit, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

    • We’ll schedule a complimentary adjustment to refine the look we originally agreed on.

    • Adjustments are available when our aftercare guidance and recommended products were followed.

    • Please note: services are non-refundable. Requests that change the original plan (new color, added length, different style) will be booked as a new service.

Guests & Children

Our studio is intentionally designed for one-on-one, wellness-centered experiences. To preserve a calm atmosphere and because space is limited, we kindly ask that only the guest with a scheduled appointment be in the studio during services.

For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service. We’re unable to accommodate unattended children in the studio.

If you need special accommodations (caregiver, translator, etc.), please let us know in advance—we’re happy to help.

Photography & Privacy

  • We occasionally document services (before/after photos or brief videos) for educational and marketing purposes—with your consent. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at check-in.
