Booking Your Wedding Day
When should I book my wedding beauty services?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. Bridal beauty requires extensive preparation, scheduling, and coordination with your full wedding timeline.
Do you hold dates?
No, we do not hold dates. All bookings are first come, first served. And a deposit locks in your date.
What happens after I decide to book? Do you offer payment plans?
Once you confirm you'd like to move forward, you'll have 3 days to sign the contract and pay the non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
We offer installment payments for every wedding. All package payment plans Retainer + equal payments.
Trial Scheduling
Appointments are based on the availability of the beauty team assigned to you. Trials typically take place 2-3 months before the wedding if the bride is not getting an install. if the bride is receiving a hair install, the trial will take place within the month before the wedding. Allocate a minimum of 3 hours for your bridal trial appointment. All trials are held at our studio or on location.
Hair Extensions & Install Methods
What kind of hair extensions are included?
Brides will receive 3 bundles of Premium Textured/Wavy Hair Extensions, up to 24 inches in length. Our team will determine the best texture based on your natural hair and the hairstyle you desire to ensure a seamless, luxurious finish. (Textures we offer: kinky curly, kinky straight, curly, body wave)
What are the options for bridal installs?
The type of bridal install will be determined by your stylist after evaluating your hair and desired look. We may use a quick weave, sew-in, clip-ins, or a custom combination of methods to create the perfect bridal hairstyle that is secure, beautiful, and long-lasting
Bridal Install Scheduling + Servicing
Our team will schedule your install separately from the trial and wedding day service. The appointment schedule date and time is based on the availability of the extension specialist. Installs take place within the month before wedding day. Please allocate up to 5 hours for the install appointment. Install appointments are full service (stylist will wash, install and style hair). Please bring extensions to appointment.
Virtual Consultation & Artist Assignment
Will | have a consultation before my trial or wedding day?
Yes. Before your trial, any appointment, or the wedding day, you will have a virtual consultation with your assigned makeup artist and hairstylist. This session will determine the appropriate install method, extension length, and texture to ensure the desired hairstyle is achieved. Makeup artists will determine the perfect application and products to use for your skin and features.
How are makeup artists and hairstylists assigned to each bride?
Brides are paired with beauty professionals based on date availability. Every member of the Beauty By Divine Allure Bridal Team is thoroughly trained under the our standards and is fully equipped to work with diverse skin tones, hair types, and bridal party dynamics. You can request an artist and will be given the artist based upon their availablilty.
Modifying Your Services
Can I add services after booking?
Yes. You may add services up until 3 months before your wedding date at the standard rate.
We do offer day of the wedding services if time allows and if there aren’t any further bookings for the artist for the day.
• Day-of additions are charged at a 100% rate increase
Can I remove services after booking?
No. Once your contract is signed, services cannot be removed. You can offer services to someone else in your family or friend group to fill their service slot.
How many people can each artist service?
Each artist can serve a maximum of 6 people. We will provide the necessary amount of staff to service your party. If you request additional artists due to timing, early starts, or large party sizes, there is a $200 artist add-on fee per service provider.
Scheduling & Day-Of Logistics
Who manages the schedule?
Our team has administration that handles all scheduling. We will ask what time you need to be completely ready and from there, we'll build your beauty timeline according to your photography schedule and master timeline.
